Send us the current New Zealand retailer’s offer before you buy. We will review it and confirm whether we can match or beat the price.

What qualifies

  • The product is identical or closely comparable in function, size and intended use.
  • Both retailers have it in stock and available.
  • The competitor is a New Zealand retailer with stock for delivery or pickup.
  • The lower price is current and verifiable.

We compare the total cost including delivery, as well as materials, design, quality and intended use. Requests are assessed case by case.

How to ask

  1. Email connect@kiwiselfcontained.co.nz before purchasing.
  2. Include our product and the competitor’s link or screenshot showing the product, price and availability.
  3. Wait for our confirmation. Approved matches are provided as a custom offer or discount.

Exclusions

  • Overseas retailers.
  • Auction or marketplace listings.
  • Clearance, liquidation, seconds or damaged goods.
  • Trade pricing, bulk deals or commercial quantities.
  • Special quotes, membership prices or promotional codes.
  • Pricing errors or misprints.

We may decline requests that cannot be verified or where differences in the products affect comparability.
